1. I think I might be pregnant. Do I need an appointment just to talk to someone?
If you want to take a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant, then yes, it would be
best to schedule an appointment. We also accept walk-ins. If you just want to talk to
someone, we have a 24/7 hotline 513-321-3100. Someone would be happy to listen to
your concerns and answer questions you may have.

2. What kind of help do you offer?
We offer free confidential services including pregnancy tests and pregnancy counseling,
ultrasounds, STD tests (to women and men), men’s mentoring for men involved in a
pregnancy situation, abortion information, adoption information and referrals, medical
referrals, referrals for legal aid and other social services, parenting education classes,
post-abortive care, and material goods. We also have a 24/7 hotline to discuss your
situation. Our caring and compassionate staff are waiting to speak with you at (513)

3. Do I need insurance?
No, all of our services are free. You do not need insurance.

4. Do I need to live in a certain zip code to receive your services?
No, we serve the tri-state area and over 98 zip codes.

5. Will my parents/boyfriend be informed of the results of my appointment?
No, your appointment is strictly confidential and will never be shared without your
written consent.

6. I don’t know who is the father of my baby. Is there any way you can tell?
An ultrasound can tell you what date you conceived the baby, within a few days.
However, if you had several sexual partners around the same time-frame, you would
need to have your doctor perform a DNA test after the baby is born.

7. Can I get pregnant if I’m on birth control?
Yes, birth control is not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. The only 100% birth
control method is abstinence (not having sex).

8. I took the morning after pill can I be pregnant?
Yes, if you ovulated before you took the medication, it will not work.

9. Can I get an STD if my partner wore a condom?
Yes, STD’s can be spread even when using a condom. Birth Control does not stop the
spread of STD’s. The only prevention is abstinence (not having sex).

10. How long does it take to get an appointment?
If we have an opening, you can come on the same day. We have morning, afternoon, and
evening hours and can get you in quickly.
